Joe St. Rose is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry after serving eight years in the United States Navy where he earned awards for outstanding achievement. He subsequently joined his father’s real estate business of owning and managing affordable housing in NYC. During that time, he earned his undergrad in real estate studies, and his MBA in Finance and became a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker. While working for his father’s company he managed approximately 250 apartment units. While managing buildings he became interested in the other components of real estate, specifically, finance, and took some additional graduate-level courses on commercial mortgage originations and underwriting, and started a commercial mortgage brokerage. Mr. St. Rose specializes in multifamily property management, commercial mortgage origination, and underwriting.
Community Involvement
As an operator of affordable housing, he got an up-close view of the struggles of children growing up with economic challenges and wanted to do more, so he started teaching math to middle school-aged children.
Personal Interests
Joe enjoys running, exercising, playing basketball, reading, traveling, Broadway plays, and spending quality time with his wife and twin daughters.
